I would be happy if all Lib Dem MPs and candidates had some kind of gag in their mouth,because other than when they slip up and show their true unsavoury side you cannot believe a word any of them say now.

As for this candidate,well anyone enjoying looking at her are very easily pleased indeed.

Well, I voted for them much to my great error,I will never do so again while Clegg is leader but you are right it is near always the Lib Dems on the receiving end of this bad publicity.
That's likely because the media are out to discredit the Lib Dems and now they are in govt(by false pretences really), they are more under scrutiny so more will be found that is either unsavoury or a joke as to them.

They have gloried in other parties candidates and MPs downfall before so as they say what goes around comes around.

I was just saying it as a joke really, because I think a Lib Dem was involved in some prostitution scandal a while back

I guessed you meant it as a humerous comment but yes there was that scandal you mention too ,there were all sorts.
One of my older Brothers recalls in the 80s or early 90s where Paddy Ashdown the then Liberal leader was caught in an extra marital affair or something and the SUN had plastered all over the front page:- 'it's now Paddy pantsdown'.

It seems the Liberals and Lib Dems have been the butt of jokes for some time then.
