the minute the celebs hear charity they're in and we can have public vote to save instead of the house voting who goes 50 cents go to Stand up to cancer (a very popular charity that has almost every celeb on board in fact there's a telethon every year) and 25 go to maintaining the house and 25 cents go into the final prize money for the winner's charity of choice. Why does anyone think a US version would pull in big celebs? BB is as trashy here as it is in the UK. We would end up with the same quality of z-listers other celeb reality shows (Apprentice, Mole, I'm A Celebrity, Surreal Life, etc.) here in the States have had.

Get your facts straight: the first edition of CBB was aired in the Netherlands in 2000. The UK edition only appeared a year later.
