Why on earth would anyone think that pretending to be thick is in any way endearing? Got to be honest, I might have been more pleasantly surprised if, 'when she wanted to make sure BB got it on camera' she had said "Sally Bercow is the wife of John Bercow, the speaker of the House of Commons".
