That seems to be true, but unfortunately it allows sneaky snakes like Natalie influence peoples votes. By announcing to half the house who she has nominated followed by a bitchy, negative comment about the said people, she was trying to persuade the rest of the housemates to join her in putting them up.

Disgracefully it appears to be allowed. As long as people aren't all cliquey about it with alliances and all that then I won't be too bothered I guess.
