Wikipedia disagrees

Quote:
The 2012 phenomenon comprises a range of eschatological beliefs according to which cataclysmic or transformative events will occur on December 21, 2012.[1][2][3][4] This date is regarded as the end-date of a 5,125-year-long cycle in the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar.

I honestly find it spooky that this whole 'End of the Internet' SOPA thing is happening in the same year the world is meant to end.

Considering how much we rely on the internet and technology, this could be the one thing that triggers a War of somesort, which would then lead to other wars.

I can remember it being said that the internet would reach full capasity by 2010. With the shut down of websites in order to create more room, that would not seem surprising.

Tbh, the possible war on Iran signals the endtimes more than SOPA

Using Mayan logic, most of us should think that the world is coming to an end every New Years Eve, because that's when our own calendars end.
