I am sorry to be so blunt on this one and I hope she gets all sorted, however, what sensible person would ever even take petrol into a Kitchen area, let alone mess about with it while a cooker was on.

Sorry, it was her carelessness and stupidity that caused what happened.

I actually fail to see the difference between the two situations :S

Except for that in one case the 'blame' is with a random doctor, in another case the 'blame' is with the prime minister. In essence they are the same thing really

Person of 'authority' tell you it might be a good idea to do a certain task

You carry out task but make a ridiculous mistake that you should KNOW not to do...

It goes wrong because of your mistake and you get injured.

Its the person who advised you to do said tasks fault? Or your fault for being stupid?
