How does that even immply hes been sacked?

That conversation has nothing to do with him getting the boot from what i can see.

He's not in tomorrow but will be in on Wednesday doesn't mean he's sacked.

I don't know if you're aware but being sacked means he wouldn't be going at all.

The others obviously work longer on the side show.
