Default Test the Nation

OK, everyone - it's that time of year again! Time to find out just how clever (or not!) we really are!!!

Quote:
Saturday 6th September - 7.30 p.m. - BBC1

Anne Robinson and Phillip Schofield host another live interactive test, showing in two parts, which this time sets 70 multiple-choice questions on general knowledge. For viewers at home, the examination can be taken by using the internet, digital television, a mobile phone, a scorecard or, most simply, with a pen and paper. At the same time, six groups - cabin crew, domestic goddesses, estate agents, examiners, football supporters and plumbers - answer the same questions in the studio, where they are joined by celebrity participants.

Second part shown at 9.25 p.m.
Who's brave enough to take part and let us know your score?

We've got friends coming over so are all going to have a go. We are all putting Ł1 into the kitty and who gets top score wins

So I shall be doing my best in good boy scout tradition. (or possibly girl guide would be more accurate)

I got 62 out of 70 on this which gave me a score of 142 - that seems a bit high to me considering I got 8 wrong but there you go!

It was a very good quiz and I really enjoyed it! Can't wait until they do the 2003 one.

I got 62 out of 70 too which gave me 139. OH beat me by one. I'm sure he cheated.

Mind you there were quite a few lucky guesses there. And I did confuse a goat with a ram Well they both have horns dont they.

Perhaps it was because Aries the ram is the sign of the Magnificent Mr C so perhaps my mind (for one) automatically thought of a ram rather than a goat.

Nobody else owning up to their score on this quiz then?

If not, then that means that kaphc and BusyBee are officially the 'TiBB Clever Clogs', with James coming a very close second.

Take a well-deserved bow, kaphc and BusyBee!
