I think you're technically supposed to have 1,000 posts but exceptions can be made depending on the circumstances

I'd say just having too few posts is slightly less of a barrier to running a game than the huge difficulties there'd be in trying to get 30 strangers off a forum to cross the atlantic to take part in a real life game
