A German lawyer has accused his former lover of trying to smother him to death with her 38DD breasts.

Tim Schmidt claims that his ex-girlfriend Franziska tried to kill him when she found out he was leaving her.

According to the Daily Mail, Tim told the court: "The incident happened in May – we were having sex.

"She was sitting on me naked and I was kissing her breasts. Suddenly she grabbed my head and pushed [it] between her breasts with all of her force.

"I couldn't breathe anymore, I must have turned blue. I couldn't tear myself free and I thought I was going to die."

Tim recounted to the court how he had managed to struggle free from her breasts and ran to a neighbour's house for help.

He continued: "It is clear she wanted to kill me.

"She even admitted it to me on the telephone. I asked her why she wanted to smother me to death with her breasts and she told me, 'Treasure – I wanted your death to be as pleasurable as possible'."

Franziska is accused of attempted manslaughter with a weapon.
