Rant:Phone advertising

Okay, you're sitting there just eating your dinner watching hollyoaks etc and then the phone rings and you think oh I had better answer it just in case it's something important but then you get someone(normally from T-Mobile) who's grasp of the English language is pretty poor, stumbling through your name before babbling on about this latest phone worth £300 that they are going to give away to you for free, that's fair enough but when you say I'm happy with my current phone they carry on peddaling the same claptrap and don't listen to a sodding word you say, however many times you say you're not interested they just carry on and then they start getting offensive saying how foolish you're not to take them up on the deal, well I'm saving more by using my own phone thank you very much.I put the phone down but they are still there, I have to pull the plug in the end

Then there's the one's where it's not even a person it's a cheesy voiced moron who's recorded what they think is a good sales pitch when in actual fact it's an annoying pile of turd that nobody wants so buy or you've won a free holiday call this number to claim your cruise around the South of France when it's more like a tour on a pedalow round Bognor Regis(no offence Bognor) or you've just been done and have to pay a huge phone bill to a premium rate number.

Rant:Lindsey Lohan
I cannot stand this girl. I used to like her as an actress she was really good, but now she's throwing all of that away. She's out partying, stealing boyfriends (she stole Ashlee Simpsons and 1 of the Olsen twins'), falling out with friends and wearing no nickers when she goes out. She seriously needs to clean up her act, grow up a wear some nickers for once.. WE DONT WANT TO SEE!!! grrrrrr

Lmao.
As a fan of Paris Hilton, I've seen a lot of the 'no nickers' thing in the past. But the problem with Lindsay Lohan is, a lot of young people do look up to her. And if you get slated for not wearing knickers ONCE, don't do it again, and again.. and again!!

What an idiot.
Shes an alright person, she just needs to grow up, and pull her act together.
Fame as gone to her head. She doesn't do charity work anymore, stopped doing Disney films.. well that might be because Disney stopped her contract due to her behaviour lmao. Maybe in a few years, she'll be back to the old Lindasay.

So basically I feel an outcast in y band and when I go back to school I will a Billie as I have any real friends in y band

Now I know people are starving in poverty countries and dieing for a education but I’m aloud to rant even if it is a pointless rant
It aint pointless corkie. Seperating the year groups is alright for the "popular" kids but it's rubbish for the rest of us. It's hard enough at high school without bein stuck amongst people you don't really get along with, when all your friends are in another group.

Nice rant!
Thanks, I'm sure I'll be fine when I go back.. I never know it might even make me work harder.

But I remember Disney giving out a statement that she lost her contract because she came with hangovers, etc..

Rant: toy packaging

Ok, as a caring parent, I buy my children toys from time to time. However, I have a huge issue with the packaging.

Now, I know they are packaged in such a way as to look more appealing whilst on the shelf. But, FFS... It's a 10-man job getting some of this stuff out of the boxes. This afternoon, my stress levels went from zero to hero whilst unpackaging a spider-man city playset. Never have I seen so many cable ties in one place!!!

Why can't they just have pretty illustrations on the boxes, and just chuck all the pieces in? What's wrong with that idea? That's what I will be doing with it now that it's unpackaged. Instead of that, they cable tie and shrink wrap everything to a massive chunk of cardboard resulting in an hours work unpacking it. This would be slightly less of a problem if there wasn't an excited 5 year old waiting to play with the damn thing, and objecting to the "bad words" mummy keeps saying everytime she pings herself with a bit of wire-tie.

Anyhoo.. it's now opened, assembled, and being played with.. although usually there is more time spent on the preparation than the actual playing.

*sighs*

I hate those bastards! But sometimes it's fun to shout vulgar words at them and it gets them to hang up. Yes, I can be quite evil, but they will have to deal with that.
