i went on hotmail today and they some thing called outlook is it some sort of trick or is it save to use

Hacked, definitely, best thing you could do now is go to Start>Shut Down then throw the pc/laptop in the bin immediately.

My brother had the same thing happen and his laptop had to be rebooted completely. He had to wipe the hard drive and start install the windows software from scratch.
