I love the way americans pronounce basil, we say bazil...you say baayzil.

Say it for me Alex

Hard mainly, not keen on some soft cheeses, like cottage, but others are ok.

Oh.... well, I don't like expensive mouldy looking or smelly cheeses or processed cheese in squares or triangles
I like cottage cheese, white crumbly cheeses, mild yellow cheeses and boursin.

Oh, I thought this was about rolls. Rolls, cheese, soft, hard, like both. Some foods are better hard though
