Default How do you get to sleep?
do you read? watch TV? internet..or can you just put your head down and go to sleep because you are really good at sleeping

Nah I normally read for a bit or sometimes listen to some music down at low volume, I never used to be able to sleep at all without some music on but it doesnt really bother me now.

Usually fall asleep with the TV on, i find it easier to sleep when i'm listening to something or just open the window and listen to the bliss sound of the wind along with people throwing up all kinds of **** and arguing as they are making their way back from town

Radio. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays I listen to talksport as I drift off, on Thursdays and Fridays I listen to 5 Live, on Saturdays I listen to one or the other depending what mood I'm in, on Sundays if I go to bed before 1am I listen to 5 Live for a bit of Stephen Nolan, if I go to bed after then I will listen to talksport. However if there's any good sport such as cricket or golf on late in the night I will tune into 5 Live sports extra where they tend to be airing it
