They will groom the young lads like Cesc to replace Xavi and Iniesta whenever they retire.

The young players look up to the experienced and older players obviously!

i think Xavi is contracted to the club until 2016 and Iniesta has even longer left in him so Cesc will be on the fringes of the starting 11 for a few more years.. just depends whether hes happy with that
