Unfortunately probably none of the HMS know of that ridiculous warning unless Dexter told someone before he left, and I rather doubt that.

Not at all, at the end of the day he was just trying to annoy Sophie..and the task was to annoy Sophie. I can see why Big Brother gave him the warning because they are scared if the viewers of Big Brother will take it the wrong way BUT Dexter still didn't deserve the warning.
