nah I think I say it two thousand and thirteen because they did that with two thousand to two thousand and nine, as saying "twenty nine" doesn't convey "2009" so it's just a habit now.

Depends, both tbh. Mostly 'Two Thousand and Thirteen' though.

The only year I only consistently call 'Twenty' is 2010.
