It's the same problem I have every time I change it, size?

The original image is much bigger than how it turns out when I add it in user CP.

I don't think it will work, the original that Kaz did for me is plenty big enough, it goes small when I add it as my sig, it always happens, I think someone said it is to do with settings.

It's really not hard to resize an image, you can even use paint. On Windows XP you can just open the image in Paint, then on the menu bar above it just select Image > attributes and change both percentages to 50% or something. In Windows 7 or above there is actually a resize button visible at all times.
