I made a choice to cut out bread, butter, cheese and oven meals out of my diet in the summer and mostly just eat soup and generally eat healthy food, I walk a lot, but that's all I really changed in my lifestyle and I've lost about 2 and a half to 3 stone over the last 9 months.

Yes that's exactly it, it was the situation that I couldn't really get over, not him. We're going to meet up for lunch on Monday and have a catch up. That'll be nice I'm hoping.

That's really great Greg! I was at a stage years back when I was in the range of 15-16 stone and I have lost a bit since (last time I checked I was 11st 11) so I know that I've lost weight, ideally I'd like to be around the 11 and a half mark.. it's just my fat arse that sticks out which is the problem
