I'm with the Royal Bank of Scotland and have been for years....got all my accounts plus mortgage with them - never really had a problem with them really...

I've been with LloydsTSB ever since I was 16 and never had a problem but there has been some changeover now and they are split into two separate branches and I think I'm with TSB... When there isn't any bloody TSB's anywhere near me

I use Barclays, apparently it's the most complained about bank but i don't have a problem with it

...ahh, you would know if you had them....you do all of your transactions at a machine...pay money in/withdraw/transfer etc, it has all your accounts on there..it's a bit like a whole in the wall/online banking thing combined..there are no counters anymore...

We have machines on one side but the desks with real people on the other.
