At the mo it's bavarian smoked cheese, but I prefer white crumbly cheeses not mouldy or soft ones though

I love most types of cheese.
Cheese is my favourite food, better than fish or meat.



If I had to pick an absolute favourite it would be a dead heat with Edam, Camembert and a good strong blue.



Edit: I can't stand goats cheese.

Double Edit: must have Wensleydale with Christmas cake.

Actually, somebody brought me cheese back from turkey recently and I have no idea what it was, but it had the texture of rubber and tasted like sour milk
