I am not bothered, if on the rare occasions I am waiting for a parcel I would prefer not to have to wait in for it on a Sunday too however.
Personally I see no need to do this myself.

Good. I think all UK workers should work weekends and only get one weekend off a month but RM should be 7 days a week 52 weeks a year
