I saw this in the newsagents this morning,was tempted to buy it but chose against it,why would a parent put their child up for scrutiny like that? disgusting

wait, so did the parents make that scar on a child? and shouldn't the police be involved? It's obviously not a natural scar... it's clearly child abuse. child abuse for the scar i mean, not for them putting it in the paper.
