The only thing I can think of is that Chris took a picture with a young fan and commented on it on twitter or they are rewatching the series and have just reached 'Creepy Chris' week.

Personally I think the comments from all of them are disgusting and demonstrate the low level of society of all of the 'cool kid' gang.
