His personality is alright at the least and he's a smart, level-headed guy. One of my favorites this season for sure and definitely one of the people I look forward to seeing each episode for pretty much the reasons you mentioned.

For all the Derrick haters though, I may be the only one on the planet to think so but I actually like his personality and he is the only one left I am watching for.

His relationship with Victoria makes me laugh.
I like his Diary room sessions.
The fact that he reads his housemates exactly how I do makes him relatable.
I have watched this season for him ever since his intro edit the day he walked in.

I think he is a great, normal, average everyday guy with a good head on his shoulders. And I am not sorry for liking him

It was one thing when he was just being a boring gamebot who stifled drama and anything interesting. It was a whole different level when he sat around saying that he was going to break every bone in Zach's jaw and then tried to guilt trip him with the whole RIGHT NOW YOU'RE LITERALLY TAKING FOOD OUT OF MY DAUGHTER'S MOUTH bull****.
