But yeah the whole "predict before the show airs" thing is impossible because at some point Alan will mix up the teams and we won't know who's where. So even if you let us do like:

I THINK GIRLS WILL LOSE

IF GIRLS LOSE, boardroom: X Y and Z. fired: Z
IF BOYS LOSE, boardroom: X, Y AND Z. fired: Y.

at some point it won't just be girls vs. boys, and we won't know who's on Summit and who's on Decadence
