Comedian Lee Nelson has been revealed as the mystery stage invader from Saturday night's X Factor live show.

Sources have confirmed exclusively to Mirror TV that the man who blighted Stereo Kicks' performance WAS the television comedy act.

The doctor-turned-comedian was suspected to responsible for the attempted stage sabotage - and the rumours have now been confirmed to be true.

Lee slipped into the Stereo Kicks line up and pretended to sing along with the band - before security quickly dragged him off stage.

During their performance of Michael Jackson's You Are Not Alone, Lee was seen walking in line with the band with his hand to his mouth as though holding a microphone.

But the band carried on regardless - in fact they barely appeared to notice that a ninth member had joined them on stage.

Perfectly put - The guy is a desperate assole. Any person in any field of entertainment who has genuine talent, and an act which the public want (supply and demand) is content 'in his own skin', has confidence in his own talents, and is self assured. He does not desperately intrude on another entertainer's 'limelight' in order to seek some of that 'reflected glory'. In addition to being thoroughly unprofessional, it is calculatingly selfish, because this dick-head knew that these kids were just starting out and he could have ruined their big chance.

It is to their credit that they acted as consummate professionals and were not 'thrown'.
