I wouldn't believe Gina if she told me the sky was blue.

Having said that by her whole demeanour, attitude and her spoken voice I think she came from a well to do background.

I'm guessing some elements were true otherwise she would have been exposed and I don't think she was, there was a lot of speculation but not much proof I think.
