Oh when I worked in a bar in London years ago they used to do Prawn, Bacon and Mayo sandwiches and they were so delicious, it's been a longtime since I had one now though

Hmm.. This is a difficult one! I think it depends what the sandwich is on.. Like there are some things is put on a crusty baguette that I wouldn't put on just normal bread.. There are also fillings is put on a toasted sandwich, but not on normal bread
