I think it simply boils down to her jealousy of Harry's confidence in her own body.
Helen was obviously not happy with her body or looks going by the amount of work she has done.
Shame she does not realise it is a personality transplant she needs

Well, Harry's as thick as pig sh!te and her personality isn't exactly a beacon of light to everyone around her either. Maybe Helen just has enough brains to know that ugliness should be covered instead of being paraded like a piece of meat.
