I've been rewatching BB7 and Spiral (the Irish dude) does the same thing as Aaron but just got a warning. Is there a difference between the two or not?

Spiral was an aggressive prick.

It was a lot less politically correct back in those days of BB, Sam forced his crotch into Josie's face in BB11 and only got a warning when he should have been thrown out straight away, anyone who does things like that should be.

Thought this might be the case, I quite like watching old series and seeing the things they get away with, very refreshing. There's a balance to keep between political correct and incorrect I think both c4 and 5 are at both extremes of that. Kicking out Ken for CBB was a key example of this.

Aaron was drunk and did not intend to make Joel upset.
Spiral was sober and intended to make Aisleyne feel uncomfortable. . Sadly, Aaron's ejection was the result of a pointless publicity stunt, which in the end made C5 look way more stupid than Aaron. Last edited by Ashley.; 03-08-2015 at 05:53 PM. |

I've always said that Aaron's ejection was harsh, and not helped by Joel either.
And with Spiral he should've been thrown out for his taste in women, let alone how he then went onto stalking her just from the bits that I've seen of him.

I assumed it had to do with how the "victims" responded. Aisleyne wasn't too rattled, she handled herself pretty well, while Joel was clearly disturbed.

Yes, Ch4 was much more liberal as they allowed Craig Coates to get away with far worse than what Spiral or Aaron from BB16 ever did.

Did Spiral rub his exposed cock on Aisleyne? I don't remember that.
