"Shabnam's on-off boyfriend Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) rescues her; they kiss and she tells him that Shabnam had a daughter she abandoned. Kush's friend, Martin Fowler (James Bye) becomes her flatmate. Martin and Stacey date briefly before she realises she has feelings for Kush, despite his engagement to Shabnam. They kiss for a second time but Stacey refuses to take things any further, Kush also regrets the kiss."

Stacey and Kush could have had sex off screen without the viewers knowing (like Ross and Charity on ED) but it doesn't seem like something they (the producers) would do

What did Shabnam say before she had a fit? I replayed it like 5 times but I couldn't understand it. It was just after Carmel said "my children"

Just caught up and my god if that 30 minutes of acting doesn't win awards then I'm done. That had to be the best episode of eastenders I've ever seen. Simply put, outstanding.
