I'd like to know if James Arhur is undergoing some sort of sex change?

He never used to look so feminine.

It's a serious question. Shame DS couldn't see it.

I think he's always had quite an efeminate face but he's lost weight, changed his hairstyle and had his teeth done. His teeth used to be a mess.
