Hmmmm, a little holiday cottage in the Dales, nothing flashy, but cosy.
Then a house each for the two kids..again nothing too flashy.
Hubby could retire, if he hasn't already been made redundant.
See, he was in line for redundancy, then one of his workmates who also wants to go now went and won the cuffing lottery a fortnight ago.
Not a big win, but just shy of £270 grand, enough for him to be able to leave.

obviously buying a house would take days/weeks to finalise so it wouldn't technically be first so i'd probably say "Z". He seems affordable.
