Like yeah Jason and Scot are repugnant but let's be real their storyline and eventual demise (along with the incredible blindside) is just one of the many things that made this season so great to watch. Michele on the other hand was totally irrelevant most of the time

That's the editors fault though. You could say if Jason and Scot got no airtime with all their shenanigans edited out, and Michele got all the airtime this season then she was the reason for this season being made

Well of course, that goes without saying! The editors determine the direction of the season, but if Michele was all that interesting I'm sure they'd have given her more airtime before they absolutely had to, but they didn't.

Hypothetical discussions about edited shows are pointless and I never understand why people bother tbh. Making points like 'well maybe she is entertaining but just isn't being shown!' is a moot one because how are we supposed to know that? I'm not going to support someone on the off-chance they're actually doing something that we're not seeing, we only have what's in front of us or else what's the point in watching the show? This is why I prefer shows with live feed because you can judge how accurate the edit is, but with Survivor and BBUK all you have is the editor's judgement and I'd think that if something was noteworthy enough by a contestant, they'd make the edit.

I honestly urge you to watch S19, or even S22 tbh as those seasons just show how some amazing characters and storylines are overlooked when the editors only focus on editing 1 or 2 main characters and giving everyone else irrelevant edits. Whilst this season has been great, I've no doubt that there were other interesting storylines which would've been entertaining for me to watch, some of which probably included Michelle. I'd much rather see this unexplored stories than have the 'SPECIAL HII POWER WILL IT BE USED WON'T IT?' storyline shoved down our throats every episode, especially when it concerns two people who already get more airtime than they deserve due to their bullying tactics.

I really want you to watch S19 now and tell me your opinions on it

I think I know who you'd root for but they're known for being a season ruiner by most online fans due to how much airtime they got

The last season without a tagline was South Pacific. This will be the 10th in a row with a tagline. Kinda sad tbh, I miss when it was just good ole' Survivor with 16-20 castaways randomly divided into 2 tribes.

Tbh i don´t see any similarities between them. Natalie was sweet, cute and somewhat entertaining, Michelle is just... boring and dull at best.

What a disappointing ending to what has been a brilliant season. Michelle has been invisible for the vast majority of this season and has done nothing to warrant winning.

I thought the twist to vote off a jury member was interesting, but so unfair. They've worked hard to get as far as the jury and have earned their vote in the final, it's not fair to strip them of that at the last minute.

I loved Sia's appearance, what a lovely thing she did for Tai and his charity

And I am totally confused as to what the next season is about, wtf at the title.

for what it's worth, I do edgic because I like organizing reality TV seasons into color-coded Excel boxes, not because I think the editing team adheres to edgic rules when editing the season to make sure that they're winner is viable, but Michele's first confessional about being a bartender and her anticipated social game was such an obvious winner confessional lol. Not to mention that so many events were unnecessarily told through her point of view.
