I watched BB14 in December last year and it was kinda boring in some parts? I think people only regard it as so great because of their memories of the time it aired (2013 being a hot summer, Emma as the new host, the theme was a big deal and the regular live feed)

Re-watching BB13 just confirms my opinion of BB13 > BB14

And tbh the BB13 live shows weren't even that bad and neither is Brian. I was worried about watching his cringe presenting again, but he improved as the series went along (he was insufferable during CBB8/BB12) and his interviews are great. BB13 felt more like a C4 series to me (minus the editing) with less twists, the house dynamics and divide, and how things worked out in the end.

Not to mention I felt more strongly about the BB13 cast, whereas I couldn't really care less about any of the BB14 HM's who were outside my Top 5 for that series.

Yeah I agree about that with the BB14 cast. I had a meh feeling about all besides like Gina, Sallie, Hazel, Dan.

BB14 had a good mix but the post Hazel weeks were dull

Not in Order

BB15- Unlikeable and attrocious casting. Twist overhaul, all done wrong. Final Pass, Eternal Nomination. Helen Wood won over the fan favourite. Bullying etc

BB4- Boring series after the larger characters started leaving first. I personally have not watched this series however but I am convinced that it wouldnt change my opinion

BB12- Terrible Winner, casting was a towie 2.0 since it was especially big at that time. Not very memorable either

HONOURABLE MENTIONS

BB16- Also a twist overhaul. It was good potential but done wrong. The cast was likeable and I was entertained at most points which is why I am rewatching it, the result as every Channel 5 series has shown, was terrible.

I still plan on watching the ch5 series' I missed but I think BB15 is one I'm not going to bother with, I've got no interest in it at all from the sounds of it
