We can't really judge because we don't know what kind of racist **** Natalie has got in the past. I think this stemmed from past problems to do with racism that Natalie has not fully addressed. The idea that Natalie is now a vile villain is a tad overreaction though

What Natalie is saying, fair enough your mums first carer abused her or whatever-but why did the fact that they were black come into it in the first place? Fair enough she said black carer is nice now , aw how sweet, but if the first carer was a blonde what would have been the relevance to say ''she's blonde you know'' This is what made Natalie feel like it was implied that black were aliens.

I understand what she meant by 'black people not being aliens' because they didn't speak tactfully considering there was a black person in the room. She definitely overreacted in terms of the context of what they were talking about.

Because the care home labelled Jaynes Mum a racist and said she didn't do well with black people which wasn't the case at all !
