It's a bottom of the barrel "insult" to use against someone who is at the point where it's no longer a possibility, regardless of what you know about their past. If I'm honest, I very much doubt she does know the exact specifics of what happened to Kim, but it doesn't really matter. If an elderly person has no kids and you don't KNOW the reason, you shouldn't go there. Stillbirth aside, there are all sorts of potentially painful reasons there... she could have had cancer when she was young and had a hysterectomy. She could have just been infertile and trying for children for years unsuccessfully and had a relationship break down over it. If you don't KNOW for a fact that the reason someone isn't a parent is through choice... making an assumption is a very stupid thing to do.

Well, even if she didn't know (which I have my doubts about) She was obviously banking on their being an unfortunate reason for her not being a mother otherwise why would she say she was "going low" if Kim had just chosen not to have children it wouldn't be a low comment to make
