She said other people in the house have said she was ****ed over by Lotan.

That's re-enforced her view that Lotan was at fault.

We know from previous DR clips that she's concerned about being seen as a bunny boiler.

So she doesn't want to get drawn into his storyline just to be cast aside again.

It wasn't all her fault. He knew she had feelings but still gave her attention/hope and they kissed, he gave her a 'sexy' dance where he put her hands down his pants and other things. The more they spend together the more the feelings will grow. If he didnt want this to happen he should have done the right thing and kept his distance and treat her cruel to be kind.

She has changed so much since Lotan went.

In Lotan's defense he made Ellie well aware he only saw her as a friend, if he had stopped talking to her or even distanced himself he might have come across pretty badly he always treated her well in there tbf and I can't bare him

It's Isabelle he treated disgustingly.
