Well in the scenario that Jess and Cody are safe it will be Mark and Elena and I wouldn't be shocked because Josh said that Elena is a bitch for what she did to Mark and also Paul is more threatened by Elena but maybe whilst he still thinks that he can control her he might want to keep her.

Paul has already told every single housegues to compete in the temptations challenge, meaning the chance of Jess/Cody being safe is like 2/11 and then the chance of 1/6 of the other winning veto, making the actual chance of both occuring at once is like 1/50.

Well let's hope the comps are based on ability and not pure luck.

Josh winning HoH may be a blessing in disguise, in that this will be the final nail in the coffin for Josh's popularity with the casual viewers.
