I think spin offs are really redundant now anyway. Love Island’s Aftersun is the only exception but that’s only because Caroline interviews that week’s eliminee(s) on there whereas BB does that on the main show.

I think they should cut it down, but not axe it

So have BOTS on at 10pm on Thursdays to discuss the week & nominees and then Fridays for the eviction, then 10pm on Sundays to discuss the week ahead etc but with a slightly different format (closer to BBLB). Then put an hour of live feed on at 11pm in place every night

At 11pm it’s not worth waiting for and 5 nights a week is overkill because by week 2 they’re re-using the same segments and guests and it’s boring

Edit: oh and imo bbuk should be on at 9pm every day hence me saying BOTS at 10, obviously if they insist on keeping bbuk at 10pm then just do as I suggested but at 11

He is a terrible presenter, but it could be a fine show with a calmer, more neutral presentation tone. Oh and get rid of the audience.

yeah I agree with that, a panel show with just a panel and no audience is a good idea

The Rylan hate is beyond OTT.

I find the same crappy guests / audience on every night and the pointless gimmicks like Dr. Dance and that impressionist much more unpalatable.

i wouldn't really "miss" it but i do enjoy it sometimes

maybe instead of doing a show every night they can just do one every other night or just on launches/evictions/live shows

I think the only time I fully watched it was CBB15 and BB16 (in Rylan's era) - since then it was only evictions and finales shows, if I was too bothered and mostly in the background.
This show needs a shake up - always the same panelists, always the same godawful audience, too tacky, too Rylan-y, and I'm not sure what is that new guy who reads the tweets doing there (seriously, what is it?!).

I don't like its become the Rylan show and he brings his ideas for himself to do more and more.

That stupid judge skit, the teeth, who cares about his bloody teeth and the questioning.

Then we have huff and puff Willis who can't answer a straight question to save her life. She rambles on and on all around the bush and still won't give an answer, why they have her is a mystery as she gives no information worth hearing.

Don't mind the panel, sometimes very honest.

The audience adoration of Rylan is nauseating. The same old opinions, same old people, same old everything.

The whole programme needs scrapping and a new broom sweeping it clean to make way for a totally different and believable format.

This as well. Maybe in 2001 when people didn't have the kind of access they have now to updates from the house on twitter and the like but now it's not so relevant.

This tbh. Maybe scrap the audience and the awful segments and just have it be Emma or something along with a panel of former housemates discussing the week gone by and who they think will be evicted

The only decent thing about it is the exclusives.

I have never really watched BOTS and I don't care much about sister shows so I couldn't be bothered if it gets axed...

I used to love BBBOTS with Dermot and the psychologists were brilliant...these days it's just cheap viewing... I rarely watch it, just FFWD to exclusives...but we see them the next day so it's pointless.

It's so sad the fall from grace (yes...in relative terms) that BOTS has had. When it peaked in 2012-13 I legitimately thought it was the best spin-off show of them all, and for a time was even ahead of Dermot's BBLB days.

Then they tried to make it more "upmarket" or whatever the ****, it's a trashy magazine show about one of the trashiest shows on television it's SUPPOSED to be tacky, irreverent and full of innuendo. Bring back the spunking dog and the sweaty box!

Emma made that show her own, and tbh - as much as I DON'T hate Rylan like many others do, he's just...boring? A nice guy, a good interviewer, clearly works hard, loves the show and is perfectly competent at his job, but there's none of the warmth or charm that there used to be. In the golden days I would genuinely look forward to BOTS more than the main show, I have barely watched it for about three series now.

So, I don't know. If they tried to bring it back to its heyday, tackiness and all...maybe it could be great again? Less of the unfunny skits where Rylan puts on a cringey accent, and more Dish On The Side and out-of-context clips used for double entendres. But if not, then no I probably wouldn't miss it tbh
