Oh I dunno.
I think he'd figured out the cottage being rented was for Eva so then found the address.

God knows how he figured it out.

They act stupid with simple things like Eva's gigantic baby bump but then make these huge discoveries in a second.

I quite like them. It makes a nice change for David to go for somebody as earthy as Shona as opposed to another gobby mare like Kylie.

Poor Shona hasn't done anything on screen to annoy me (it's more the behind the scenes decisions, of course she's Clayton's Mum AND a victim of Nathan's, because one sinister Platt connection wasn't enough) but I can't invest in David's romantic relationships as I am still holding out for the powercouple that's been in the making since 1990 when they were both born - David and Rosie Webster.

Sally and Gail would be a hoot as the mother in laws. And then there'd be Audrey, in a corner getting sloshed, obviously.

Just watching the Aidan episode.

Who is this ditzy black girl in the Platt house? David's new girlfriend?

Kate and Maria are very BIG letdowns in an otherwise good episode.

That's Emma. She was an intern that Maria took on at the salon who David swiftly slept with after he dumped Shona.

She doesn't know about the whole baby plan with Toyah, but she was the only one who knew that Eva was pregnant, although Shona thinks she had an abortion (I think.)

The whole Eva/Toyah story is absolutely bloody BONKERS.

So, she knows Eva was pregnant, but had an abortion, never noticed her bump along with everyone else but doesn't question why Eva wants to pretend to be in America?

I'm trying to remember. It was ages ago that Shona was involved in the story. I'm almost positive she doesn't know it's Aidan's and that she thought Eva had just gone to have an abortion.

Audrey is a goddess. I love throughout the high drama and emotion that was the Wednesday episode, Audrey was just fluttering around, bollocking Gail and David for no reason and saying she's too old for this bull**** when a guy has just killed himself

Brilliant episode.

Even got a sneaky drone shot of the ambulance speeding down their fancy new street.

Just reading the thread on the episode on DS (My god there are some arseholes in this world). But the note Aidan left really disturbed me and then someone on DS pointed out the noise of a dripping tap when Johnny first arrived in the flat acting like everything was normal. I didn't notice it on my first watch.

Wasn’t it incredible? Even Maria got me crying tbh. The whole thing was just charged with so much emotion. It felt like the sort of charge they normally have in live episodes.
