I sort of agree but there is a problem in clothing when girls get to about twelve the clothes get made to make them look like they are older then they are.

Shoes tend to have heals bra’s are padded and skirts get shorter.

Plus the old saying, your not going out looking like that.

But yea, adults can wear wot they want.
