All the gayz (and in fact... people of all orientations) I know have a mix of friends. But then, I *am* a straight male so maybe the ones who don't have mixed groups of friends are avoiding me .

But yeah: One of my oldest & best friends is gay and it's never been any sort of an issue. But then, I knew him for years before he came out (although it was not a surprise) and also I'm not exactly a "lad" . That said, another of our friends from school was a classic "lad's lad waaayyyy" and the two of them were basically bezzies from about age 18 - 22. Not seen him for years though, he went off the rails a bit .
