Pregnant Kerry Katona has hit back at critics who have shamed her for smoking.
'I have one fag a day and I don't think you can say that's doing the baby any harm,' she argues.
Smoking during pregnancy has been linked to a variety of health problems including premature birth, low birth weight, cot death, miscarriage, and breathing problems in the first six months of life.
When you smoke, carbon monoxide gets into the blood stream. Every cigarette disrupts the blood flow to your baby for about 15 seconds.
But Kerry, 27, who is expecting her fourth child, says she's being very responsible.
'I don't agree with people smoking their heads off and getting drunk and falling out of nightclubs while they're pregnant - that's totally wrong,' she tells OK!
