Both artists were awarded with an opportunity to represent their artistry and their country, with an all expenses paid international performance abroad, as part of the EuroVision Song Contest.

Entries for the 2020 AfriMusic Song Contest are open from the 7th of October 2019 and will close on the 7th of January 2020
The winner will be awarded with an all expenses paid trip*, to the city of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, where the 2020 EuroVision Song Contest will be held during the 12th to the 16th May 2020.

Order of Contest:
National Selections - 13th of February 2020 to 12th of March 2020
Finals - 28th of March 2020 to 11th of April 2020
2020 Winner Announcement - 12th April 2020
