You can try to obfuscate the facts, do away with common sense and spin things but at the end of the day, it's pretty ****ing simple. A brexit crowd reacted badly to an anti-brexit set.
No need to jump through illogical hoops to try and twist the truth of the matter when it's all very simple. If you weren't so driven by your own agenda, you could see the forest for the trees.
