And they've got it wrong.
1. The ball was out, that's just a fact.
2. We've seen penalties be given that have had less contact than what Joelinton did in the build-up to the goal, so something doesn't add up in the Referee's decision making.
Either way the panel has chose to basically overlook both rules.
