Basically it's a 6-part documentry where two film makers followed some drug addicts from Swansea, South Wales for around 6 months last year. I think they chose Swansea because of the 180% increase of heroin users in the city in the space of 4 years. This explains it better-

I think everyone should should take the time and watch this film.. it's horrific and very sad but is a real eye opener and sends out an important message. Swansea is my hometown and I just found it shocking to watch and that it's upsetting that this is probably going on in every city in the UK, not just here.
