Just seen this on my facebook today, it's from the "official BB11 UK" page (don't know how official it is exactly) and it says.
Big Brother 11 UK will launch in May, Brand new advert campaign will begin on the first week of May. Big Brother is coming. As the title says, don't know "official" this page is, but it does say it's a network for C4...
